Hey guys, I'm not dead. For the past while, I've been too busy to bring out the daily stories. I'll be trying to come back with some more regular writing.

I feel a lot better about this one than I did on Demon's Doll, but considering that Demon's Doll is my most successful story, and I've felt better about the others, maybe this is a bad sign.

This features the same sort of conversion that Demon's Doll did: A regular, everyman guy has his life ruined by circumstances out of his control and becomes a tribute of sorts, and in spite of panic and agitation is changed into a more robotic form by a more aggressive, dominating sort of character. Unlike Demon's Doll, this involves less hypnosis and more exploitation of mental and physical advantage. I'd like feedback on if the dollification writing was any good, and how focal the hypnosis side of things might have been in the previous one. I know I sort of dumped a central feature...

I do still intend to write a full, proper sequel to the events of Demon's Doll, but first, I'd like to experiment with the spiritual sequel and see what people particularly liked most. I'd appreciate comments about whether or not the enjoyability of Demon's Doll was retained here, even though much of the hypnosis side of things was removed. I feel much more confident in the writing for Charlotte than I do in the writing for Priscilla

I played a lot of Portal while I was writing this. Apologies to its fans for butchering the idea of a bitter AI and her sick verbal burns.

To summarize this work: It's a second-person work about a young man in a dystopian future who is "repossessed" by an AI-run bank, and converted into a female-type robotic drone for later reprogramming. It features a more dominant and somewhat aggressive artificial intelligence who handles his repossession, and the slow creation of what is hopefully the seed of something resembling a positive relationship.

This is a spiritual sequel to another story featuring similar themes.

I like this story! I haven't read the other one yet, but I will soon! It would be great to see a second part to this story! Thanks!
